THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should read the following Policy carefully. Your purchase or use of our products means that you have read and have accepted this Policy. Conditions of this Policy are intended as directing lines and not intended to be settling. Basically, actions which break the law, regulation, or the accepted norms of Internet community, whether are forbidden obviously mentioned in this Policy. OUR COMPANY reserves the right always to forbid actions which damage its commercial reputation and goodwill.
P&P: We list many items as free shipping to the UK, but where shipping is charged it will never be more than the actual cost of postage. We like to combine postage on multiple orders so please await an invoice with the revised shipping total before making payment.
PACKAGING: Jewellery and Watches are generally sent in the appropriate boxes as supplied by the manufacturer or our own branded gift boxes.
DISPATCH: All items are dispatched same or next working day. We do not work Thursday afternoons, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Jersey has additional holiday on May 9th.
DELIVERY TIME: Delivery time depends upon the Royal Mail, not us, and occasionally may be subject to unavoidable delays on import due to HM Customs and Revenue.
Most packages are tracked and more often than not your package is at your local depot awaiting your collection, you may track your package at the Royal Mail website.
If you require an item urgently then please contact us before paying for the item and we will issue an invoice for 'next day' delivery. The P&P for special delivery is higher than is stated in the listing. Please note that from Jersey 'next day' inevitably means the day after next, due to HM Customs and Revenue holding the parcel for at least 24 hours.
VAT: Jersey is not subject to VAT. However we are able to pay any VAT due on items purchased as we dispatch them to the UK and Europe. You will never be required to pay any VAT on any item purchased from us. As we pay VAT in advance the chance of customs holding an item and delaying delivery is significantly decreased.
We are a family run friendly bunch who are keen to ensure customer satisfaction wherever possible. Simply contact us and we shall see what we can do. We will always accept returns within 30 days and if you request a return within seven days then any statutory rights under the Distance Selling (Jersey) Regulations will also apply.
